Kyle from Tim Graboski Roofing showed up in less than 24 hours after my call to review possible issues we had with two Sola Tubes on our roof. We are having the roof replaced and there was concerned whether or not they were up to current code. Kyle showed up ready to reinstall with new domes if necessary but it was not required. After getting on the roof and inspecting the current domes, Kyle determined all was up to code and no change or upgrade was necessary. Kyle was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions. And after spending almost an hour with us, he did not charge us for the call. That’s the way to get return customers. We highly this company.
